Attorney Allen J. Coup has extensive experience in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney for Health Care and Financial matters, simple Estate Planning and Administration of Estates. He also handles general civil litigation such as contracts, land disputes, deeds, divorce, family and general domestic law, personal injury and wrongful death. He also is available to discuss issues of special concern to or about senior citizens. He is licensed in all Tennessee courts and the United States District Court. Attorney Coup is a past president of the Hawkins County Bar Association.

Joseph E. May

Attorney Joseph E. May has extensive experience in a variety of real estate matters including disputes over property boundaries, easements or rights-of-way and questions concerning the legal title to land. His background in local government law, provides the experience to give valuable advice and counsel when you need help with matters of condemnation by either governmental entities or utility companies, government zoning and subdivision regulation and matters of private subdivision homeowners or condominium covenants.
